Fat Flush For Life is a spectacular book! I love the original Fat Flush as I have used it successfully for years. The new FFFL (Fat Flush For Life) is so great for the veteran fat flusher as well as those new to fat flush principles. I really love the addition of seasonal eating and seasonal vegetarian. Thanks again Ann Louise!

I love the expansion of foods by the season. The winter choices are so satisfying, especially since I live in cold northern Idaho. The new selection of convenience foods and delicious crock pot recipes like Salsa Chicken are making my life extremely easy. Also, I’m enjoying the winter fitness routines and new detox techniques. I’m impressed by the cohesiveness of the program and the research that backs it up.

I was lucky enough to get the Fat Flush For Life book during a pre-sale and had a chance to read it all before the holiday chaos started. Lucky for me! I’ve been following Ann Louise Gittleman’s Fat Flush Plan since the second week of September and just before the holidays had lost 35 pounds and I feel fantastic! The holidays hit me and I slipped a little, gaining some pounds back – Fat Flush For Life to the rescue!!! There’s a wonderful ‘jump start’ plan in there called the Five Day Hot Metabolism Booster (HMB)- I followed that and am right back to where I was before I slid down that slippery slope.
By far the Five Day HMB is not the only thing worthwhile in this book. What I like best about the Fat Flush For Life book is that FINALLY someone has taken the ‘foodie’ attitude of eating seasonally and incorporated it into a diet plan/lifestyle change. I’ve always eaten much more seasonally than most American’s – It’s Winter right now and my body and mind are craving warming foods.
Even if you’ve never read any other Fat Flush Books, I think the Fat Flush For Life book and plan is something that anyone can follow. Ann Louise Gittleman’s approach to changing your diet and lifestyle makes so much sense to me – it’s basically a four fold principle: 1. Detoxify yourself from all the things people eat that actually do harm and are unhealthy for us 2. Fortify your liver and 3. Pay more attention to your Lymphatic system. 4. Exercise is good for body and spirit.
Fat Flushing may not be for everyone – you really have to be committed to changing your lifestyle and changing your food habits – but even if you choose to use the plan as a solid foundation and build off of it – your health will greatly benefit.
I have about fifteen pounds more to remove before I hit my goal weight and I already know that I will choose to follow the guidelines and principles that compose Fat Flushing for the rest of my life.

I found Fat Flush for Life to be just what I needed this winter season. Living in a cold climate I want to get in shape after the holidays and detox in a healthy way that would not stress my immune system. I’m enjoying the easy to fix recipes and new menu ideas. The specific techniques for detox and winter exercise are making me feel great. There are so many more options for veteran Fat Flushers.
I’ve been a fan of Dr. Ann Louise for many years and read almost all of her other books. I feel that this is such a incredible lifestyle program, which has completely new ideas while incorporating her time tested wisdom.

Sometimes you get lucky and what people say is what is true. Sometimes you do what people tell you to do and things change. Sometimes things are just as they seem. For me all of these are true in relationship to Dr. Ann Louise’s life’s work-specifically the Fat Flush and Fat Flush For Life.
I am someone who spent hours hating myself for my body that was hijacked by hormones and food that my body processed as toxic to me. I was on EVERY plan-points, exchanges, arranging the food on the plate, drinks, grapefruit, starvation, only whole grains blah blah blah. I lost and gained the same 16 lbs for YEARS and HUNDREDS of dollars and THOUSANDS of hours detesting my lame-based on how hard it was all all it took-results. I mean when you are 100+ lbs away from goal, 16 is a drop in the chubby bucket!
I bought the book and did just as Dr. Gittleman explained and felt as if she had ‘decoded’ my bodies dys-function as eating this way and these foods-my body/metabolism had been recalibrated and so started my journey of melting fat, toxins, cellulite, chins and belly fat away. Bottom line is your body will tell you if it is the right plan for you like no other. How you asked? For me it was 10 lbs, 15 inches in 14 days-period the end. Fat Flush For Life is my life, now down over 100lbs, not at a final goal weight yet but 42 and looking for little black dresses and sexy shoes that I ’should have’ been wearing when I was a bit younger but instead bought the big house coaty moo-moos, you know them, right?
I do not miss the days of waking up the the FIRST thoughts was ‘Uggh, I hate my body’ Now I wake up and FIRST thought is ‘YES! What I am doing is working!’ Through all of this I have never gained either-ever. So even when life events of eating out or my Nana’s 94th birthday party etc, I am never far from myself and what I want and my plan and life because sometimes you get lucky and what people say is true. Fat Flush For Life is my truth and could be yours too! I am passionate but it is only because, wouldn’t it be easier than hating yourself?? Fat Flush For Life is something you could be GREAT at and your body and health will be your report card. Word on the street is I am getting an A!
